about

This music featured in this meditation is played 36 cents below the key of F, which is known to open the 4th (heart) chakra ("subtle body" energy point). (A "cent" is one hundredth of a half step. There are technical reasons why this choice was made, but nothing about which to worry your head. Just know the reason is a good one. <smile>)

PRO TIP: It's best to listen to this recording through headphones. Block out about 20 minutes in a quiet space where you'll be free from disturbance. Make yourself comfortable, using pillows, if possible. You may do this either seated or lying down. Your choice. Also, if possible, wear loose clothing—nothing restricting your chest or middle body.
